Appointment requests through WhatsApp
The request form collects your name, your WhatsApp number, your city (optional), the type of care you are looking for, the chosen option and a description of your situation. This description may contain health information that you choose to share.
The message is prepared in your browser and is not stored on the website. It is transmitted through WhatsApp (Meta) when you open the link and send the message. This information allows Bilal to understand your needs, contact you and arrange your care and appointments.
Processing is based on your explicit consent, given through the checkbox in the form. You can also reach us directly by phone.
Health information and confidentiality
The health information you share is used solely to prepare and provide your care. It is handled confidentially, in accordance with professional secrecy, and is never used for commercial purposes or disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
For a first contact, a brief description of your situation is enough. Medical documents (prescription, reports, imaging) are reviewed when care begins.
Customer reviews
Reading reviews does not require an account. To publish a review, you enable sign-in and confirm your email address with a code. The following are then stored: account identifier, email, the display name or nickname you choose, rating, comment, dates and your publication agreement.
The display name, rating, comment and date are published as soon as you submit them. Kiné Home may then hide or delete a review (inappropriate content, medical information, etc.). Your email and account identifier are never published. You can edit or delete your review from the website at any time.
Cookies and browser storage
The website uses no advertising cookies, no audience measurement tools and no social media trackers. No cookie is set when you simply browse the website.
Only the following strictly necessary items may be used:
- Sign-in session cookies (__session, __client, __client_uat), set only if you enable sign-in to publish a review; they ensure authentication and account security.
- Your choice to enable sign-in, kept in the tab’s session storage and erased when the tab is closed.
- Your display language (key kine-home-language), kept in your browser until you change it.
As these items are essential to the services you request, they do not require a consent banner. You can disable sign-in with the button below or in the footer, and clear the website’s cookies and storage at any time in your browser settings.
Recipients and international transfers
Your data is accessible only to Bilal and, where applicable, to people he authorises to handle requests or moderate reviews. The website relies on the following technical providers:
- Vercel — website hosting and technical logs
- Clerk — sign-in and account management for reviews
- Neon — storage of reviews and publication agreements
- Unsplash — hosting of some illustrative photographs
- WhatsApp (Meta) — transmission of requests and messaging
These providers may process data outside Morocco, in particular in the United States or the European Union. Only the data needed for each service to work is shared with them, and they are bound by security and confidentiality commitments.
Retention periods
- Requests that did not lead to care: deleted no later than six months after the last exchange.
- Information related to care: kept for the duration of the follow-up, then in accordance with the obligations applicable to health professionals.
- Published reviews: kept until deleted by their author or until the author withdraws their agreement; unpublished reviews: deleted after six months.
- Accounts with no review and inactive for two years: deleted.
Providers’ backups and technical logs are erased according to their own schedules. Some data may be kept longer where a legal obligation or the defence of a right requires it.
Security
The website is only accessible over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to reviews and accounts is protected by email-code authentication, rate limiting and administration rights reserved for Kiné Home.
Your rights
In accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access and rectify your data and to object to its processing on legitimate grounds. You may also withdraw your consent and request the deletion of your data.
To exercise these rights, write to kine.home.26@gmail.com stating your request. You will receive a reply as soon as possible. You may also contact the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP): www.cndp.ma.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website or to regulations. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
